SCOPE This policy addresses only whether Journi can sell or ship Research Products into a given jurisdiction. It does not address, and Journi does not offer, any clinical service, licensure, or provider availability of any kind. |
10.1 General Availability
Journi intends to sell and ship Research Products within the United States, subject to applicable federal, state, and local law, carrier limitations, product characteristics, and Journi’s internal compliance policies.
10.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
A Research Product may be unavailable or restricted in a particular jurisdiction based on applicable law, carrier policy, or Journi’s own compliance determinations. Availability may change without notice as laws, carrier policies, or Journi’s compliance assessment change.
10.3 No Guarantee of Availability
A product being generally available for sale does not mean it is lawful to purchase, possess, or ship into every jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether receipt of a Research Product is lawful at your location.
10.4 International Shipping
Unless Journi expressly enables and confirms international shipping for a particular product, Research Product shipping is limited to U.S. destinations where lawful and supported.
10.5 Right to Restrict
Journi may restrict sales or shipments to a jurisdiction, product, or purchaser at any time based on applicable law, regulatory developments, product classification, carrier policy, or internal compliance policy.
